David is Director of Corporate Benefits, and joined us in January 2020. He is based at our office in Southampton.

Qualifications and experience

He has worked in corporate employee benefits for over 30 years, initially with a major insurer, more recently in senior positions with a specialist consultancy, and most recently an international consultancy.

David has been at the forefront of the change from provision of Employee Benefits as a product, to a wider focus on employee engagement and wellbeing through the use of targeted products and services.

He has a focus on ensuring that consulting and services are delivered to clients in a manner which makes them easy to understand, and through this David is easy to work with, gives peace of mind and just as importantly, always leaves clients in no doubt that they are valued.

Outside of work David is a keen cyclist, and a less enthusiastic runner.
